Thanksgiving 1999, my *dream life* was pulled out from under me.
I was left with $35 and 4 kids to feed. I had choices to make. I didn't know how to say what I wanted or how to say what I needed.
NOW, I am living my dream.
Through yoga I found my voice. By teaching yoga I am going to help 1,000,000 women find their voices and create the life of their dreams!
I am trained by Charlotte Stone director of Stone Center for Yoga & Health.
I am also a certified instructor of The Core Strength Vinyasa program by Sadie Nardini.
